Delivery within Australia is via Express Post. We will endeavor to ship your order within 24 hours after your order has been processed. Express Post within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $6.95 per parcel.
International Delivery
Using Australia Post - Registered Post International, we would be happy to send your order overseas for you. The estimated delivery time is within 2 weeks. This is a guide only. Please note that International Customers are responsible for their own duties and taxes on all parcels. International shipping rates have been calculated from Australian Post Express Post International rates and charges.

Damaged / Faulty Goods
All parcels are checked and packed with great care prior to being sent out for delivery. In the unlikely event that your parcel become damaged / broken in transit, please contact us immediately to discuss. Raspberry Rascals will not be held responsible for items that are damaged during transit and for this reason, we recommend using registered post for the insurance offered and the ability to trace your parcel.
Returns / Exchange
Raspberry Rascals will happily exchange products or credit your account for purchases that may not be exactly what you expected if notified within 7 days of purchase. All returned items should be in the same condition that they were sent in, unused, unworn with all labels in tact. Delivery costs will not be reimbursed and an additional delivery cost will be added for exchanged goods.
